Background

I am an independent Real Estate Broker serving as the primary contact between buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies and borrowers.

Having acquired in-depth knowledge of real estate, specializing in home sales, investment property sales, loan analysis and loan origination, I am able to better serve anyone interested in property acquisition or disposition.

I graduated from Ohio State University in 1972  with a degree in Civil Engineering.  After a few years of engineering practice my duties required the obtaining of a real estate license, which I aquired in 1977.  In time, I transitioned into an independent Real Estate Broker.

• Walk a mile in someone else's shoes but at the end of the mile... take the shoes off.
